We know you probably feel a bit nervous about sending your precious laptop to a national repair centre like ours so we have designed our process to be reassuringly quick, easy and safe. We have very friendly staff who will keep you updated throughout and who will be happy to answer any questions you may have. The first step is to request a quote by completing the following form. Once you've done this a member of staff will contact you with a quote. If you decide to use our service we will arrange for your laptop to be collected by courier at a convenient time for you. Once we receive your laptop we will promptly inspect it and verify the quote we gave you and ask if you would still like us to go ahead with the repair. If you choose not to proceed at this point we will return the unit and you will only be charged for the collection (£10 ex. VAT)* and delivery (£13 ex. VAT)* of your item. If you do wish to go ahead we will give you an estimated completion date. Once we have completed the repair we will thoroughly test the machine and securely package it for its return journey to you.
